Floodplain Update Meeting

Join Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) and the City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works to learn about changes to the previous FEMA maps that showed many Valley properties in the floodplain, impacting development potential and flood insurance rates. If your property was potentially impacted, please join us for this update to learn where we are in the process and how it may impact your property.
