These include the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) for clean energy and manufacturing tax credits, Foreign Trade Zones (FTZs) like Milwaukee's FTZ #41 for customs and tax advantages, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Business Development Tax Credits, and the Wisconsin Fast Forward Grant Program for customized workforce training.
Additionally, the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP) offers services in reshoring, technology adoption, and supply chain optimization, while local resources such as the Milwaukee 7 Regional Partnership (M7), UW-Milwaukee Prototyping Center, MSOE Rapid Prototyping Center (RPC), and MATC Advanced Manufacturing Programs provide support for product development and workforce skills. Supply chain management programs are also available through MATC, Marquette University, and UW-Milwaukee.
